SK-II is a well known Japanese skincare brand and it has been around for ages. A lot of Asian celebrities young and old alike swear by this brand. Even Cate Blanchett is one of their ambassadors. I have recently started using a few products from their basic range which is LOVE!
Pictured is their Facial Treatment Mask, which is much raved about. A lot of celebrities use this daily and apparently it keeps their skin young, smooth and plump. It costs about USD15 per piece and I am wondering if it is worth the price. No doubt that it did leave my skin smooth and translucent- but I am also afraid that my skin would grow to love it and would be resistant to the cheaper drugstore masks (which I currently use 2x a week). Should I purchase a few a keep them as 'treats' for my skin, or should I wait till I am older?
Has anyone else tried this mask, if so how did it go for you? General thoughts about this brand are much welcomed too!

I have been wanting to try this brand
Carnegie Sophia: I agree! Might just buy it and use them for 'special' ocassions hehe
Huda Kaake: These are so expensive compared to the regualr ones from drugstores- but also cause they work so well. I've heard from other users that once you start with this brand, you have to keep using it- else your skin would revert to its previous state. The miracle serum in this mask is very potent which is why most people's skin suffer from withdrawal symptoms when they stop using it. Thanks for the advice (: I think I will stick to drugstore brands for now but maybe when Im older I will swap over :D
I've heard great things about this brand, but it's so pricey
thnx 4 sharing
I've never tried a facial mask, except when I had a professional facial at a spa. So I really can't say whether you should or shouldn't do it. I don't think using this will have any effect on your skin's ability to take on the drugstore brands that you currently do use. I'd say go for it! If it works for you in the first place, why would you want to use anything else? And if the drugstore brands work for you just as well, why the need to use this one? I'd say just focus on your needs at this point. If you think your skin is a lot better from using this mask, purchase some more. If you think it does the same job as your drugstore brand, then don't bother.
i wanan try this also! but so expensive! :(
i love their products too
I always see this brand but I haven't tried it yet
