I sometimes find with new shoes, especially flats, that the backs are very stuff and cut into the backs of my ankles. Ouch!
Does that ever happen to you?
I use band-aids on the backs of my ankles sometimes, but if I know I'm going to be somewhere wearing this uncomfortable new shoes, I buy the blister strips.
The blister strips are more comfortable and stay on more securely than band-aids, you could even shower in them and they won't come off!
They have more padding than band-aids, which is why I like them.
They're a bit pricey though, nearly $6 for a pack of 3 pairs, but the comfort is so worth it!
Anyone do this for uncomfortable shoes?
How do you break in your uncomfortable shoes?

Thanks for sharing!
I really need to try these!
This sounds like a good idea but I already use regular bandaids as a way to stop those blisters on my feet. It's way more cheaper.
Thank you! I was just thinking to myself I need some of these today because my sandals were cutting into the back of my foot.
