Although I'm not a fan of blue polish staining my nails, I LOVE the colour. I'm wearing 'blue it' by sally hansen in this picture and the designs were drawn free hand using a deco white polish with a smaller brush tip. Practice makes perfect with the drawings and at first I wasn't as steady handed as I am now. They also have the white felt tip pens for better precision!

i LOVE blues on my nails and so I use Orly two in one base and top coat. it's great to prevent staining, and makes the color last long as well. maybe it'd help you too.
