HAPPY HALLOWEEN
here is how I did this look
my base color is Brights Power by: O.P.I I let this dry completely and then I used Green-Wich Village by:O.P.I on the lower part of the thumb and ring finger on both hands. I drew leaves with it and used Who the Shrek Are You by:O.P.I as a highlight using a nail art brush.
Then for the highlight of the pumpkin I used In My Back Pocket by:O.P.I with a nail art brush to draw vertical lines to create the ringkles on the pumpkin body. I also used this color to do a french tip on the rest of my nails.
