I bought this on a whim at Target a few weeks ago, I mainly LOVED the packaging. It really reminds me of a mix of old hollywood and Benefit. It's the Solar Powder in You Glow Girl by Soap & Glory. This is one of those brands that you don't really hear about, which I love...I love finding new brands! I know they have a website with descriptions of ALL their products, but they don't sell them online...which sucks. You can only find these products at Target. You might be able to find them on Amazon or Ebay etc.
