I usually like ELF products, but this one didn't do it for me. It was my first experience with a cream liner, and I wanted to like it, but unfortunately, it just didn't cut it.
Apparently, I got a dud because others haven't experienced this, but this product lacks pigmentation and is hard to apply because it had DRIED UP. It's nearly impossible to work with, and I'm very disappointed because if it wasn't for that, it could have easily been an amazing product.
Do you have this? Have you experienced problems with it?

I never tried it and don't think I will.
I had this as well. It was creamy the first time I used it but after three days, it started drying up.
oh it sucks that it didnt work for u ... i havent tried it out personally but i know people who love it!
my elf cream liner is doing great for me its really creamy , and if yu put on 2 coats then it shld show pigmentation and last all day long :DD
Wow I've always heard great things about this but it seems to me like a hot or miss item depending on which one you get :/
it sucks there's inconsistency but i know most people really like theirs! always sucks to get a dud though because you have no idea why everyone else likes it and it's just not working for you!
I am sorry to hear that is dried up. I have never tried their gel liner. I love the bobbi brown one. I've had it for more than 6 months and it hasn't dried on me.

I had the same experience as you. This eyeliner was the first product I had tried from ELF and it was so disappointing that I basically kept off ELF for a long time until everyone told me to try some other products which I did. Although I do like the other products, I DO NOT like the eyeliner, I was hard to work with and chalky, and also dried up very quickly. I'm using the Bobbi Brown one now and I know it's more expensive, but eyeliner is not where you want to cheap out and the Bobbi Brown one is simply amazing and it has lasted me 6 months now and is still more than half full!
Awww, sad you didn't like it. ELF tends to be a hit or miss brand. I think cream or gel liners though are better when they're from a high end brand.

I bought two of these elf cream liners and these shade one dried faster. i also notice that it smudges through out the day.

You should let them know.... ELF is usually very good at refunding you or replacing defective products

aw, too bad you didnt like it! i will stay away from this product. my favorite gel liners are the physicians formula gel liner trios, i highly recommend them! :)
I have this too. It's OK, but not amazing or something that I reach for very often. I use it maybe once every two months. I got mine last summer but it hasn't dried out yet. Maybe you just got a bad one?
I don't own many elf products, but my sisters does, and she loves this liner. Maybe yours was just a bad one? Maybelline makes a great cream liner if you're interested.
Personally I kinda like the Cream Liner in Black. For me it goes on smooth and is very pigmented. But I just recently Purchased another in "Punk Purple " , And it is horrible not pigmented at all. :(
