So I received a deluxe sample of the Wen cleansing conditioner from. Last months MyGlam bag. I wasn't too excited about it until I saw the infomercial on it last night. After seeing the results on tv, I came home from work and tried it out. And seriously, I couldn't believe how nice my hair felt afterward.
A little history about my hair:
-Extremely dry, especially the ends
-Heat damaged
-Color treated previously
Hair products I previously used:
-Garnier sleek & shine shampoo
-Aussie 3 minute miracle
I was never satisfied with my hair products before. I felt like nothing really worked consistently for me. The deep conditioner I used gave my hair some moisture back that the shampoo took away, but it weighed my hair down tremendously. And blow drying my hair was a total nightmare. My hair just felt so thick like I had too much product in my hair all the time, so I usually just let it air dry.
After using the Wen cleansing conditioner, I don't think I want to use anything else. My hair felt so soft, light, and bouncy after I used Wen and blow dried it. I couldn't believe hat a big difference it made after using it just once. I felt a bit cliche for saying that my hair felt so much better after just using it for the first time but it's honestly true. And I'm definitely going to be purchasing the full bottle soon. With Wen, I don't have to use additional products to add moisture to my hair. It's a one time deal which I love because I hate having to use a ton of products in my hair.
Here's how I used it:
-Rinse hair with warm water
-Squeeze some product onto hands and massage it into hair for about 3 minutes.
-Leave Wen in hair for about 3-5 minutes and rinse out with water while combing through hair with fingers.
-Blow dry and bam! Beautiful hair! Lol

I'm really curious about this now! My hair has been so damaged from straightening and dying so much, it's been getting better lately... I've really been looking for a product to moisturize though. How much does a full size of this run?

It works even better with cool water! I love this stuff been using it for a year now and I will never go back. I threw all my other hair products away. You should try the styling cream from Wen, It will change your life. And wen smells amazing!!! Its like bath and body works for your hair=) All of their Cleansing Conditioners are biodegradable and you can even find some formulas that are gluten free for those of you who are allergic to wheat gluten. The gluten free ones are all soy based.

It sounds like a great product. I wonder if it would work for me. I have similar hair to you except that I have thin hair. I'm always worried about products weighing my hair down.

Ive used the dupe for this sold at sallys and I loved it. Left my hair really soft and shiny. But for some reason I prefer actual shampoo. Maybe I will repurchase though
