This is Pippa Middleton , sister of Kate Middleton, in Chelsea.
She wore this green and blue polka dot dress with black peep-toe pumps and a black bag.
I think she looks very classy even though I wouldn't probably wear that dress (it's just not my style).
For me it's a hit.
