Hello polish junkies,
This is such a pretty color. It is baby light blue with subtle glitter. Honestly its looks so sparkly in a subtle way and is sheer. It just gives such a clean look to your hands. The coverage is buildable. I like to layer it on top of another color, like deep purple or even black nail polish. YUMMY
