Hey everyone!:)
This Neutrogena Nourishing eyeliner in Spice Chocolate is a pretty brown shade with subtle shimmer.Its really soft and glides on so nicely.Very pigmented as seen from the picture above.The sharpener is built in on one end.I think it is useless because the eyeliner is so soft there is no need to sharpen.It also has a smudging tip as well which is perfect for a smokey eye!However it does fade throughout the day so I started using it as a base for my brown eye shadows to create an intense look.Do anyone own this product?What are your thoughts??
