NATM Essie Cocktail bling & OPI Make U smile

I am loving this combo at the moment because its a great pair for this time of year, while we are transitioning from winter to spring, right now may not be the right time to pull out the pastels quite yet but this is a greyed down lavender shade that was from essies winter collection, I got this mini sized bottle from winners in a set for $14, I paired it with justin bieber for opi by nicole's polish in Make U smile which is a silver glitter polish with hexagonal glitter.

I love the base, but i think the base by itself would look nicer, even though i'm a huge fan of glitter. or maybe it's just not shining in the right way. i know that some times when i'm trying to take pictures of my glittered nails, it doesn't turn out as nice on photos
