My goal is to lose 10 pounds in 12 weeks. I'll need to cut my calories each day by 300-500 through both diet and exercise. I feel like it's time for a change in my life, and I've hit a certain point in my life where enough is enough. I feel that I will be more happy with myself and who I truely am, if I loose this weight. My goal in the end, is to lose 50 pounds. It's alot, I know. I have been trying to eat healthier and exercise more. But sometimes, it's really hard... I sometimes want to give up, and for anyone out there, I hope I am not alone. I hope I am not the only one struggling like this because sometimes I feel alone in this busy world! Anyways, I am getting carried away, but if you have any tips, let me know! Youll do fine losing I cut calories and lost 10ibs in 3 weeks. I weight in again monday and Im hoping to be down another 2-3ibs!

it took me a while, and of course there were struggles, but i've lost 21 pounds since December and i'm shooting for 20 more! you should download this iphone app, or just use the website, it's called my fitness pal. it's amazing and helped me stay on track with calories and exercising.
