This is a beautiful eyeliner!
its the most prettiest baby blue and i think it'll look gorgeous on every skin tone! its perfect for a pop of colour on the upper or lower lashline. i havent worn this out yet, but if it wears like my other ones, it'll last all day, but the colour will fade so it'll be good to set it with an eyeshadow :')
