Okay, so today for lunch, I decided to have lunch with some left over stuff...so i chopped up the lettuce head and the other veggies and then cut hard boiled egg and a chicken thigh that I had left. It was really good, but when I added every thing in together.....i wasn't sure that it would be as healthy as I intended....do you guys do this too???
My salad had:
Lettuce, onion, green pepper bell, tomatoes, carrot, egg, chicken, croutons, and dressing.
