Hi everyone! I think I may have a problem: when drugstores have sales on makeup I can't stay away! It's like very strong magnet and it just drags me to into their store x.x Very bad...

- These were actually not on sale, but they were only $2.50 at Walmart PLUS I had $1 manufacturer's coupons so that brought down the price considerably. I bought a bunch of these singles on clearance at CVS, and I liked the quality, so I decided to pick these up. They also had a bunch of other colors, but I wasn't interested in those, and I've only seen the new colors at Walmart.

- I read about this product on NouveauCheap and she said that it made her skin glowy, and it's because of her that I picked up this product.

- I have the older version of this quad and the colors aren't exactly the same. Instead of a shimmery olive green, this new quad has a matte/satin emerald green

- This is the old style of the quads and I'm lucky I was able to find this. Everyone raves about this quad, so I'm hoping it works well for me too

- This quad was released when the new designs were released so there is no older version of this palette. Huda Kaake made a post about this and it was so gorgeous on her that I had to get this. Purples are some of my favorite eyeshadows shades :)

- Coral Glow: semi-opaque coral with subtle shimmer
- Luscious Pink: creamy bubblegum/cotton candy pink
- Red Patent: semi-opaque red with fuchsia shimmer
- Sandstone Shimmer: shimmery nude

- The first three colors mentioned are actually part of a new collection (they're on the same display as the new Hi Shine ColorSensational lipsticks) and were actually NOT supposed to be part of the sale, but some sales associate put a 40% off sticker on the display, so I let the manager know and he took the sticker down but still gave me the 40% off on the new lipglosses.

Crystal Flygare: I like the old layout too! I have no clue what their logic was in redesigning the quads. They give you a huge pan of a "base" color and the "lid" color is one of the smallest pans. Maybe if we complain enough they'll switch them back >.<

Mylinh Nguyen: the pink one is actually supposed to remove waterproof eye makeup, which is why it's so oily; you really only need the tiniest amount. the blue bottle one is the oil-free regular eye makeup remover and i've been using this one for a couple years. works pretty well and is pretty cheap :D
I FORGOT TO MENTION. i'm not sure if the formulation is the same, but i tried that maybelline eye makeup remover in the PINK bottle and i absolutely HATED IT. worst, worst makeup remover ever!!! omg it was not effective and it was sooo oily
you got great stuff on sale! i thought i had lost my chai latte quad... :( but luckily i found it! hehe gave me a scare. im so glad you got it in the old packaging cuz i absolutely hate their new packaging. i dont like how the pans arent evenly distributed haha
hauling is fun! Especially when you find awesome deals and products. I can't stop hauling either.

I have the Maybelline quad in Chai Latte and I love the shades in the quad. All four shades are gorgeous. I also have it in the old packaging too and I actually prefer their old packaging more.

I'm patiently awaiting your thoughts on the Revlon Finishing powder. I saw that blog post too and it made me want to get it, but I haven't yet. And, I trust your reviews on products, so I can't wait to see what your experience is with it before I buy it. Though with it being 75% off, I guess even if its not spectacular, its not a huge loss

i like teh maybelline shine glosses, i have one myself, forgot teh color name, but i dont love them to be honest :( i like the formula of some of the tube glosses they have though

very nice haul! i wanted the brighten powder so bad but it was already sold out! i went ahead and picked up the suntan matte podwer, it's beautiful :)
