I just reviewed another ELF lip conditioner in Mellow Mellon. This one is Romantic Rogue. I don't like this one as much, it's a nice red, but it's too bold for my taste. Mellow Mellon is sheer, but this is really pigmented, and it makes your lips look really red. I have only used it a little bit, and I'm not sure what to do with it now because I don't see myself finishing this entire thing.
It's a good product. It moisturizes my lips really well, and when I wear this I don't have to wear a lip balm. The difference between this and Mellow Mellon is that it's better I apply this in front of the mirror with a lip brush because if you aren't precise, it can look crazy. I can't take this with me. The color definitely lasts longer, and I do think it stained my lips just a little bit.
I don't like this color as much as Mellow Mellon. The packaging, formula, and everything is the same, but Romantic Rogue is just too red.

I might only in the inner lips to create a just ate ice cream look and these sound amazing I defintely will be trying this if I ever order a major elf haul :)
hmm, seems pretty nice but i can imagine how that would take forever to use up! at least you got your money's worth of product, haha :)
