My skin is as dry as the Sahara Desert, if not drier, and after being recommended this product by my dermatologist, I bought this Cetaphil moisturizing cream for a little over $11 at my local drugstore.
The price might be a little expensive, but keep in mind that this is a HUGE tub. I've been using this every day since I bought it last year, and I haven't even put a dent in the product yet.
This moisturizer is a lightweight product with a lotion-like consistency.
A little goes a long way with this moisturizer, and it helps me with my dry skin by keeping my face hydrated all day. It blends well into my skin, and doesn't leave behind a greasy feeling or thick film.
This product claims to be "clinically proven to provide immediate and lasting relief from extremely dry skin. Its unique formula and superior system of emollients and humectants binds water to the skin, preventing moisture loss." I concur.
No other moisturizer has worked for me, and I've tried them all before I found Cetaphil. This moisturizer is perfect for dry skin, and if it can heal mine, I'm confident it can heal yours too!
