i ordered this palette a few weeks ago & received them not too long ago, maybe a week after i placed my order. i bought 5 palettes (this being one of them) all for no more than $10-$11 each. you can order yours at http://www.bhcosmetics.com . they have a good amount of selection along with other products such as liners, tools, and more. so more about the palette, it comes in a plastic casing that is glossy. there are 28 eye shadow pans. in comparison, they're actually bigger than a standard pan of mac eye shadow. in this palette, you get  few highlights, browns,  black, some pinks, and other skin toned colors. it features mattes, satins, and sheens. the shadows are a bit powdery when you pick them up on your brush. pigmentation is actually pretty good. some colors are actually buildable where you can apply a small amount for a nice flush, or you can pack it on and get the true color that's in the pan. the casing around the actul pan is a soft kind of plastic (almost like the type for a toy or something) and it's actually easy to press down on it. that being said, depotting these shadows is hassel free. theyre simply held on by glue.
