helllo0o0oo. check out these great yoga positions! try to hold each one for a minimum of 20 secs, and actually commit to the move! don't just "get by" doing them. yoga is fantastic for the body and it will also help you relax, especially now that school is back in session you'll need all the relaxation you can get. namaste bitches!
