I just got these whole grain palmier from the bakery at the supermarkt. They have been selling these for a while but i usually don't stop at that part of the store lol
If you have had palmier before you know that they are usually very sweet, not only because of the regular flaky dough that its already sweet but its also glazed on one side with sugar. This one is the healthier option of the palmier since the dough its whole grain with actual seeds in them ( you can see them but you don't really feel them when you eat) and it tastes very good.
The fact that it has a whole grain dough it cuts a bit of the sweetness of the regular palmier, so its still sweet but you notice that the dough is different and without that much sugar. I really like these and the whole grain croissants are good also =D
