Tim Hortons makes the best chili. Although I've only had chili from Coffee Time and Tim Hortons, between the 2, Tim Hortons has the better chili. Their large chili includes a large bun that you can choose either plain or whole wheat for about $7. It's a good price, and there's enough to feed 2 people. I love Tim Hortons because their food and the prices are good.
