Sushi Craving

Every time I am on LUUUX, I see a delicious sushi post and then I find myself craving it like mad. Obviously I gave in to the craving and had to go get some myself!

My boyfriend and I ordered three rolls:
South U Roll
This was a roll we have never tried before. It comes with spicy tuna, avocado, cucumber, and crab meat. It was basically a spicy California roll, in my opinion, so nothing too special. I also don't handle spice well, so I only ate one piece and gave up on it.
Sadako Roll
This is my favorite! It has a lot of crunch on top, giving it a great texture. The special sauce is also amazing. It is a crab salad roll with some avocado in it. Maybe it doesn't sound spectacular, but I love this roll. I try to find similar rolls at different sushi places, but none come close! It's gotta be the special sauce.
Philadelphia
This was what my boyfriend ordered for himself. He likes the smoked salmon and cream cheese. I didn't fancy it too much. It's kind of a weird mix. I always heard on Food Network that you're not supposed to mix cheese and fish.

I forgot to mention... while they normally say that cheese and fish don't go well together, cream cheese is an exception, especially with smoked salmon. It's a common breakfast combo, and lots of people (like me!) like that combo on their bagels :)
