This is a really inexpensive way to have even more delicious ramen! You can do this with practically any leftovers or vegetables. You can even experiment with the different flavors and put your own spin on these recipes.
~ You can do is boil your ramen noodles in broth rather than water.
~ You can take all the broth out and stir-fry the noodles in a pan along with any vegetable or leftover meat.
~ You can pretend it is normal spaghetti and put in tomato sauce and some parmesan cheese. Instead of putting ground beef into it, you can just get beef flavored ramen!
~ You can also just smash the noodles while still packaged, open in up and put the flavoring into it, and eat it as is (uncooked). That is good for a quick crunchy, tasty snack.
~You can make a mexican pizza out of it. You take the cooked noodles (no seasoning yet). Lay it on the bottom of a greased baking dish, sprinkle the seasoning over top, then place veggies over the top (like tomatoes, green peppers, onions, chili, or corn), and then put some cheese over top of all that. Bake it at around 350 farenheit for about 30 minutes or until browned. Then enjoy with maybe some salsa!
All of these things are delicious and inexpensive. I love doing this and I think you would too! It is a great alternative, especially for college students.
