If you were going to tell me 20 years ago that I would eat salad twice a week, I would've slap you upside your head to make sure you weren't day dreaming. It's amazing how as we grow older our diet and taste changes over time. In the past I would have salad for lunch maybe once a year. But as of late I've been having salad one to two times a week.
The salad you see above is what I usually get. What's in it?
Mix Greens
Pesto Chicken
Oranges
Corn
Tomato
Egg Whites (2x)
Low Fat Honey Dijon Dressing
All together it comes to about $7.60 including tax and it comes with a small bottle of fresh orange juice.

I've been eating more salad too. Something about eating salads just make you feel refreshed and energized xD I just get spinach, eggs, carrots, cucumber, and chicken. most of the time, I don't get dressing. I should try honey dijon.. hmm.. =P

I hated eating soups when I was little but now I love them! I eat soups at least two times a week and started to make more salad that I ever did. But that looks good, I love Dijon dressing
A A: yeah i don't get much cooked vegetables b/c my wife hardly. so i try to eat more salad now.

the salad looks great. i'm not really into having any sweetness in my salads though so i wouldn't get one with mandarin oranges or dried cranberries or anything like that. i used to hate asparagus but i don't as much anymore! i used to hate onions too but they're one of my new favorite foods.

i don't get to eat salad much but i do get in a lot of cook vegetables into our meals.

As a child, I always loved chocolate, and candy and all that stuff, but now, I kinda dislike chocolate :x I do love love salads!
