I hope I didn't scare anyone away with my post title, hehe I love how these noodles are named...rat's tail noodles because if you look carefully, they really do look like mini tails, LOL! I love eating this as a child because I get to slurp the noodles and my sisters and I would always compete with each other to see who can slurp the noodles the fastest:) These noodles are extremely delicious when you stir-fry it with vegetables and just soy sauce and it is so much fun to eat too!
Pls: The noodles are made of dough/flour shaped into a cone-like shape (round on top and skinny on the bottom) thus making it look like a tail. Don't worry, no rats are killed to make this!:D
