I should start by saying that im not exactly a fan of raisins. I don't grab a handful of them or mix them with what i can, i do have some that come with the muesli i mix in the yogurt and that mostly it but i do have them at home now because we got them from Christmas to put in the table since other people do like it.
The other i was bored and saw the raisins, so i decided to look it up and see if i was actually missing something. They do have benefits: they are good for weight gain because of the amount of sugar(fructose) in them; they have a lot of vitamins, so that is always good, including some that help prevent diseases and some that are even good for bone health.
I think next time i will not put them aside so easily since they do have benefits, but i still don't think i will be the one finishing this container of raisins lol
