I made this cake for my boss and brought it to her for work! She loves Hello Kitty as well as pink and purple! I wish I could've taken a picture of what the inside looked like but it was basically a two layer purple and pink marbled vanilla/choclate cake with vanilla frosting (her favorite)! I topped it off with some crumbs that I set off a seperate pan for when I cut the circled edges and added some curled white ribbon and of course the mini hello kitty figure! I wish I had a black plate in hand but oh well!
Personally, I'm not a huge HK fan. I was when I was a kid but I'm more of a Minnie Mouse kinda gal ;)
