Cambodian Pumpkin Custard is basically a spooned-out pumpkin that's filled with a delicious mixture of coconut milk & egg.
i came across this online, and i actually saw a recipe of it, too. (link will be provided below!)
i think this sounds really interesting and totally yummy. i'd love to try this. apparently you can adjust this however you like by using squash or some other vegetable thingy with a shell.
would you try something like this?
