Hello again!
A few months ago I found this recipe and I tried it and absolutely loooved it!
I’m an addicted to sugary foods (not healthy I know, but so good tasty… yum!)
So, if you are addicted to yummy desserts and love Oreo cookies, cream cheese and chocolate, maybe you will love this recipe too!!
Let’s go to the recipe, then:
You will need:
1 package of softened cream cheese (like Philadelphia cheese)
1 package of crushed Oreo cookies, maybe 3/4 cups
1 bar of chocolate of your choice! (I love with milk chocolate and white chocolate or chocolate and nuts… be creative!) – melted!
Now, you just need to mix with your own hands, yeah the cheese with the crushed Oreos to make a dough easy to make small balls, make some balls with the dough and then dip them one by one on the melted chocolate. After that you can sprinkle it with what you would like, coloured sprinkles, crushed cookies, or something. Leave the truffles on the refrigerator for an hour and then, you can appreciate that good sugary snack.
I tried it with other kind of cookies too and it worked very well too =) make your experiences and tell me how did they go =)
