breakfasts were never my thing, as a matter of fact, my parents are not big breakfast eater either, so forming good habits in terms of this important meal has always been difficult for me. This year however, I am determined to develop better eating habits in general and breakfast is an obvious place to begin. This is what I had last morning: M=mushroom breakfast omelette w/ cream cheese-filled bagel and apple slices. I didn't get my orange juice in the picture but it's there too!
