When I was growing up in Malaysia, I would drink a cup of warm Milo before heading out to school every morning. I believe every household in Malaysia has at least a tin of Milo in their kitchen because it is like a breakfast/lunch/dinner/supper kinda drink that everyone adores:) Milo tastes like hot chocolate but in a milder and less sweet version. Most of the time, when Milo is served in coffee shops, they would add condensed milk or even sugar to it to make it extra sweet. My health freak mommy would mix in milk powder in our Milo drinks secretly and made sure we get our dose calcium daily :) Nowadays, you can buy Milo in ready made packets that is already sweetened which is perfect when you are travelling!
