I went out for dinner today and for dessert there was this biscuit ( marie biscuit) cake that really caught my eye. It was on display and it had been recentely made because it was still intact, so i was the first to try a slice of that cake =D
I didn't took a picture of the dinner because it wasn't nothing especial but this cake is not something i have a lot.
The cake is made with biscuits dipped in coffee and then a layer of a especial cream made with mostly butter and sugar,then, layer after layer, its toped with crushed biscuits, so all very health lol But once in a while its ok and i don't have desserts a lot anyways.
The only "problem" with this cake was that it was very sweet, to much actually but the coffee helped it cut it out a bit, but they could have cut down the sugar a bit. Still, a great dessert!
What do you think? Have you had this before?

I've never had it, but it doesn't look like a very moist type of cake, so not my type of cake.
