my lunch yesterday (yes, a little behind :P) consisted of noodles wok'ed - is that even a verb? LOL i'm making it one now! - with green and red bell peppers and chicken. it was really flavorful and zesty but sadly it also had a looooot of oil. such a shame when restaurants load any dish with oil when i think i would've enjoyed it without. i understand that oil helps make the meat and noodles more tender, but i'm willing to sacrifice that for a healthier meal, which is what i usually do at home!
do you like noodles?
do you ever think restaurants use too much oil in the dishes?
