oh i just love eating kim chi as a side dish or even as a snack haha! but i haven;t tried it with instand noodles before. and so the other day, when i had nothing to eat and i didn't have much time to prepare something or go and buy something to eat so i thought of adding kim chi to some instant noodles! i don't eat instant noodles very often, maybe like once every few months. i know it's not healthy to eat it too much so i think i'm fine eating it once every few months or so. so anyways what i did was i boiled some water, added the kim chi with this kim chi favored paste like thing. not too sure what it's called. so i add those two together then i cracked some eggs and added that to the pot. i also added some previously fried tofu i had made earlier in the day. then lastly i added the instant noodle. it was pretty good actually! nice combo and something different to try. have you tried something like this before?
