my mom made this as one of our dishes for dinner tonight. she gets this stuff from the freezer section of costco. typically she doesn't buy it because i'm the only person who eats it and i don't live at home for the majority of the year nowadays. however, since i'm home and there was a coupon for this, she decided to get a box and make it for me :)
i don't know why but i love this stuff like crazy LOL it's not particularly good and i've never had better orange chicken, but it's so yummy! basically what you get in the box are frozen battered chicken chunks and sauce that you use to cover the chicken. my mom bakes the chicken and then covers it with the sauce. it's really easy to make and so delicious!
have you tried the "homemade" frozen orange chicken from costco before?
