In Nutrition class today, we made burgers. I don't normally like burgers, but I made it anyway.. because I had to for the class. We used ground beef, salt and pepper TT, mushrooms, cheese, lettuce, and the bun. The patty was really juicy and tasty. I could tell that the burger was a lot healthier than if you bought it at a fast food restaurant (plus, I don't normally even like burgers from there). It was smaller, but that is actually one serving size (3 oz). Alongside the burger, we also made a chocolate milkshake, using vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, and milk. Personally, I prefer eating the ice cream and putting chocolate syrup on top without turning it into a milkshake, but nonetheless, it was good. Its thickness reminded me of a Wendy's Frosty.
