I am not a seafood fan whatsoever but Fried Lobster with Salt is the bomb. This dish in Vietnamese is called Tom Hum Rang Muoi however at some restaurants the name varies. The lobster goes for $17 a lb "before" cooked although this dish is on the pricier side it is definitely worth it. I love the ginger and salt from the lobster to eat with my rice. The only reason why I love it is because it's deep fried obviously, lol but it's good to treat yourself once in awhile to something deep fried. I am unsure of the recipe because my family never prepares this at home because it isn't as good as the restaurant.
● How do you like your lobster prepared? I think mostly the only time I eat lobster is if its this kind! If you never tried this kind of lobster, you definitely got to visit your local Asian Restaurant to see if they have this [usually Chinese restaurants]!
