this was the yummy slice of cake i had for dessert tonight! we got a whole black forest cake to celebrate my dad coming home... only my dad actually hates all sweets. so basically the only people eating it are my mom, my sister, and me... and of the three of us i've probably eaten the most so far. i've been pretty good about not going near sweets and unhealthy sugary foods but i don't know what it is about this cake that makes me keep coming back for more. all i know is that it's absolutely delicious! my only complaint is that there's too much frosting and not enough cake, but then again i've never been a frosting person. we got this from a chinese bakery and i have to say one of my favorite things about this bakery is that its cakes aren't overly sweet. one too many bites of costco cake can give me a sugar headache!
