I had a slice of this delicious cake when my co-workers were leaving their job. We wanted to thank them for their hard work so we got this cake for them.
This is a chocolate truffle cake. I've never tried a truffle cake before and I can honestly say that this is so much better than a regular chocolate cake! I absolutely love the chocolate ganache on the outside. It is not super sweet like icing either. I like the creaminess of ganache and it's just the right amount of sweetness. This is quite rich so I couldn't have too much.. I only had 2 slices, lol! (That is still a lot haha)
