Fat free and protein-rich, these babies are all the rage nowadays. I picked up 5 of these different flavors today and cannot wait to snack on them! Sometimes I like putting a light sprinkle of granola on top too, mmm... Definitely turned me from a Yoplait fan to a Chobani fan! Good for pre or post workout for me.
I froze one of them in the freezer, and they turned out to be a delicious yogurt ice cream without all the fat and sugar! Super yum!
