I love quiches.
I like to do it myself with vegetables and other things or buy it in slices in supermarket.
This slice you are seeing is one of my favorite and it’s made with chickpeas, cabbage and carrot, sprinkled with seaweed.
It's very, very delicious....you can feel some sweetness, conferred by the mashed chickpeas together with the carrots and the cabbage. Yummm I can’t resist :P
