I found a new type of macaroni/pasta that I really like from Costco-- it's an Organic Casarecce Pasta. I made this pasta yesterday with regular tomato sauce, some mushrooms and shredded chicken but for left overs tonight I decided to bake the pasta/casarecce in the oven for twenty minutes topped with some shredded sharp cheddar cheese! It was really good and crispy-- My parents were hesitate when I told them I was going to bake my portion then they tried some and enjoyed it. They want to make the entire batch of baked pasta next time, they just at the pasta the regular way. I also made homemade garlic bread with it but I forgot to snap a photo. On the side I had baby tomatoes that are homegrown in my dad's garden. I tried baking the tomatoes to see any different but its the same to me, lol (as you can see the little tomato hanging out in the photo).
Do you liked baked or regular pasta? I prefer baked. :)
