The reason I like this dress is because it is very flowy, I guess sorta like when you are falling in love - you're like on cloud 9. Lol. I also like the ruffles and sheer parts, it's pretty and not sexy which I think if you are single on Valentine's Day, this is the appropriate look because you don't want to look like you are trying too hard. Definitely adding a belt would essentiate your figure more with this dress and voila!
