So for all those who don't know, Tommy Hilfiger is having their Friends and Family Event from May 31 to June 3 (I think that's when it ends?) but they tend to have these sales really often, so no worries if you miss it!
Because I'm a teacher in the making (1 more year left in school...WOOHOO), I've been trying to develop my wardrobe as well to match it. I am a huge fan of Tommy's Slim Fit Polos because they fit so nicely and they make me look slimmer as well! Since they didn't have the slimfit polos on the sales floor, I ended up spotting the green polo that I picked up. Now I don't own anything in green besides nailpolish because I don't think I look good in it but I was like it wouldn't hurt to try and I'm glad I gave it a try! The other thing about this polo that I love is the gold accenting that they've done on it with buttons and logo. So originally this was $48 CDN, and was on sale at 50% so it made it $24 CDN, and then on top of that, there was a 30% off as well, making my polo only $16.80 CDN...not bad in my opinion!
The next thing that I picked up was totally by accident. Don't you find that if you're not intending to find stuff when you shop is when you buy the most clothes because you just stumble upon it! So while I was waiting for my dad and mom to try clothes, I was looking through the clearance section and saw the navy blue blazer that I picked up! I had never bought a blazer from Tommy Hilfiger, so I wasn't sure about their sizing because in some places I fit a 8, a 10, sometimes even a 12 but I decided to give it a try and it fit so perfectly! I was a bit skeptical about whether to purchase it or not because it was a bit pricey but it looked so nice and its causal enough to also wear to school as well! So the original price was $118 CDN, then on clearance it was 50% off, so it ended up being $59 CDN, then 30% off made it $41.30 CDN!
I love both pieces that I purchased and if all of you get a chance, check out Tommy Hilfiger's sale...they have some good stuff on sale!
