I went thrift store shopping a few weeks ago trying to find some nice basics to add to my wardrobe.
At one of the Salvation Army stores I found this cute white quilted bag. I was so excited when I saw this from across the room that I had to snatch it up. I love the braided pleather in the metal chain and the strap is really soft and comfy. There's a middle compartment to seperate it but no zippers. It has a metallic closure on top. There was 2 small pen markings in the bag but it doesnt really matter to me since no one can see it. Otherwise it was in pretty good condiotion for $5.99.
At another Salvation Army I found these two shirts. One is a dark gray ($1.99) and the other a beige-white ($2.99) striped shirt. They're both really soft and comfy.
Finally picked up this really large rectangular scarf i love the floral design because of the soft white threading against the teal-blue ($0.99).
Not the most exciting thrift but great basics in my opinion.
Have you ever tried thrifting? If so what's your favorite place? Mine is Salavtion Army because of the 1/2 everything on Wednesdays.
