I was browsing on Perez Hilton and I noticed his worst dressed celebs gallery for the week and the first picture that popped up was Rihanna's. I'm guessing from the picture that Rihanna went shopping and was out and about in this outfit. Personally I think this outfit is a huge NOT. There is nothing good about her outfit except for maybe her shoes but there are many bad things with her outfit. Her hair looks messy and along with the visor and glasses makes her look old. I dislike the gaudy necklace she is wearing with that pineapple romper too. The sweater covering her bottom half of her romper looks bad too.
