Rihanna wore this blue outfit for the promotion of her new fragence Reb’l Fleur, at House of Fraser in London.

Usually Rihanna looks super sexy but not this time! There is nothing sexy about this blue outfit! I don’t get it! Why would she wear this?! She looks old... I really don't like it =s
The entire outfit looks big…the top is too big the pants are too big… she looks to big! Even the hair looks weird =S

The only think I like are the shoes and makeup so for me is a big MISS!!
