Aldo is having a really great sale right now, in which you get an additionall 30% off all sale shoes. They had a lot of great summer shoes, and fortunately my size is less common than a 6 or 7, for example (which seems about average for women). I am a size 9 in shoes (but for some reason am a size 10 at Aldo). The shoes are pretty much flying off the shelves, so I am super happy to have gotten some wedges that fit me!

These wedges are named Hardney and are described as such: "This classic wedge sandal is the ultimate in casual style and comfort." They are made of synthetic materials (which I prefer to leather, actually). I chose the cognac colour, though they also come in black. Although I haven't worn them for very long yet, they do seem to be comfortable, despite being sky-high! The reviews on the Aldo website all confirm this, so I am confident that they won't be a pain when worn for at least a few hours at a time.

Oh, and the best part? They were marked down for $35 from $70. I think that's a great deal for a comfortable, nice-looking shoe. I know that it's possible to find cheaper shoes elsewhere, but unfortunately, my poor tootsies cannot handle another pair of poor-quality shoes! So I do try to get pretty good-quality shoes on sale when possible.
