Lucy was spotted wearing a very unique dress. It is a sequin cream color dress with a bunch of lines design and cut outs all over it. it have some cut outs in the color black on the neckline. The dress is a sleeveless dress and some really busy cut outs at the bottom. She paired it with an open toe pumps that have a strap on the angle which makes it really elegant.
