This is Li Bingbing at the Cinema Society screening of "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan", in New York.
Li is a chinese actress and singer.
She wore this black ruffled dress by Diane Von Furstenberg with lace peep-toe pumps.
I don't like this outfit, I don't like the ruffles in the dress and that lace pumps. For me it's a miss.
What do you think - hit or miss?
